We are immensely proud to share that the Youth Learning Network has been awarded as one of the Best Cultural Education Providers by the National Association of Black Supplementary Education Schools at their awards ceremony in Tottenham, North London on Saturday, 22nd of February 2020.

This is an exceptional recognition to our Director and all YLN memebers and volunteers! Our Executive Director, Brother Kwame Ocloo received the award on behalf of the Network.

In his speech, Brother Kwame expressed his appreciation for the award and praised the excellent work that NABSES is doing within communities and asked others to show their accomplishments.

Many thanks to NABSES for this award!

  1. Dearest uncle Kwame, The current climate with back lives matter protests. It has it has reminded me of our YLN trip to Ghana, where we were privileged to learn about our heritage. Knowing yourself is key in this world, otherwise you’ll fall for anything. You enriched within us knowledge of history with the speakers that would attend our lessons. We are grateful and I would just like to thank you for the great work you have done for the childeren of colour in our community because it is not an easy society that we live in. God bless you 🙏🏾
